Good Afternoon My Dear Friends! Have you ever noticed that
you’re having a reasonably good day until you are around somebody that is
negative; all the sudden you feel uncomfortable, grouchy, it’s not so bright
out and it’s a little harder to smile? Or perhaps you’ve gone to a shopping
mall feeling good but once you’ve been there for a little while you feel
drained? Well you will enjoy the card of the day.
Card of the Day ~Clear Yourself~ Ask the angels to release
any toxic energies that you may have absorbed. You see we absorb lower negative
energy whenever we’ve experienced harsh situations where arguing, intense
competition, violence or substance abuse has occurred. We’re also affected by
other people’s fears and even our own. One of the things I do before starting
my day is I always ask Archangel Michael to surround me in white light and his
protective shield. It really helps.
Here is a little prayer Doreen Virtue created for clearing
yourself of negative energy. “Archangel Michael, I call upon you now. Please
use your Divine healing magnet to lift any energies of fear, anger, or jealousy
from my back, neck and shoulders. Please help me feel compassion for those who
may have sent lower energies my way so that they may be healed by Divine love.
Thank you for clearing away toxic, fear-based energies and entities from within
and around me.”
