is the last time you took care of yourself? Do you take downtime to just relax
and pamper yourself or are you always tending to others needs? You are a
beautiful person with so much love and kindness to offer. I know it feels good
to help others however; you are draining all your energy by helping others. You
need to have balance in your life and by doing that it means you need to
recharge your energy. You can’t run a car on a dead battery nor can you run on depleted
