The health condition you’re asking about would benefit from an increase in
water intake. There seems to be some dehydration involved, which has lowered
your energy and created imbalances. It’s time to increase the amount of water
that you drink. Even better, pray over the water prior to drinking it in order
to infuse the liquid with healing energy.

energy, and appetite stay at optimal levels throughout each day.~
When you
drink the optimal amount of water you will notice how everything in your body
will change like weight loss, tighter skin with less wrinkles, clearer eyes,
clearer lung function, pain in your body will be less, joints will move easier,
complete digestion easily flows and so much more. If you find that drinking
water from a plain clear glass is difficult then try drinking it from a colored
glass or water bottle of your choice. Add some lemon, raspberries, strawberries
