Many of us hold our feelings in and push it down. Everything
becomes so compacted within us that we remain in a state of confusion, unsure
why we are feeling the way we feel. Starting a private journal to vent helps
you see on paper what is going on inside you. You will be surprised, as you
journal answers will come to you. I find journaling very helpful. I pray you
