For many of us it’s easy to be swept away by our emotions
however; it is very important to remain balanced and grounded. When you stay
grounded you are able to stay focused enabling you to think clearly instead of
allowing your emotions to control you. For people that are highly sensitive
like myself, this is a daily task. Not only am I highly sensitive with my own
emotions, I pick up the emotions and energy from others. Be sure to cut your etheric
