Good Morning My Dear Friends! You know one thing I love about sleeping with my window open is in the morning I get to hear all the birds singing their morning song. It simply amazes me how tiny little birds have such a grand loud song. Mother Nature is amazing like how when a tree falls in the forest it doesn’t just lay there dying; it becomes a nurse tree. The tree grows other plants on it and becomes a home for some animals and birds and it also has food for many birds.

 

Card of the Day ~Nature~ spending time alone in nature is important for you. Even five minutes in a garden would be healing for you right now. The angels ask you to interact with nature more often, every day if possible.

 

I have always turned to nature as one very important key to healing. When I was very sick and had to have many operations I always made sure I had enough energy to go for a walk in the park. When I was stuck in the hospital for days or even weeks I always managed to grab a wheelchair and wheeled myself outside. I felt a thousand times better just sitting outside in nature listening the birds. When my mom passed away the walk in the park did wonders for me. Yesterday my husband was feeling very angry because the wooden bed frame we bought wasn’t going together the way the directions indicated. I suggested we take our dog for a walk in the park. Oh he fought me on the idea however; half way through the park he turned to me and thanked me. He said the walk in the park did indeed make him feel better. So go out and enjoy Nature my friends.
