Card of the Day ~Friendship~ Changes in your friendships are
occurring. Be lovingly honest with yourself and your friends right now, and
appreciate the healing benefits of a true friend. Not only are you changing on
the inside, but your life is changing on the outside as well! Among these
changes are your relationships with friends. Perhaps you fear that you no
longer have common interests with old friends. Or, maybe you wonder if you’ll
meet new friends with whom you’ll share close bonds. Changes in friendships are
natural, and the angels ask you to surrender your relationships to them. Know
that God and the angels watch over you and your friends. They will lovingly
help all of you during these transitions. This card also signifies that you are
ready to receive new friendships with people who mirror your interests and
ambitions.
I understand that the word “Change” strikes a kind of fear
in you however; just know it’s your reaction to the unknown nothing more. Many
people including myself also start asking questions that start with “What if”
which; we need to let go and trust in the Angels. We are only responsible for
our self and our actions. We can’t take on the responsibility of others or
their actions. For example: If you enjoy going fishing at 5 in the morning
however; it really ticks off your best friend that is not your responsibility.
It is your friend’s problem they need to deal with. Perhaps you joined a book
club however; your friend is always commenting in a negative way about your
club because you spend so much time reading and being with the club. Once again
you are doing what brings you joy don’t allow anybody to take that away from
you. Just remember friends come into our life until we have learnt or taught
the lessons needed, once those lessons are learnt or taught the friend moves
on. Some friends are with us for a lifetime and some are only with us for a
couple of months.
